With free food, over $2,000 in raffle prizes, on-site radio promotion and broadcasts by Z92, and feature speakers Congressman Brad Ashford and Arrow Stage Lines’ CEO Steve Busskohl. Over 200 guests attended to witness the evening’s main event, the unveiling of the full-sized custom Arrow Stage Lines’ Veteran Strong motorcoach.
“This truly was an event to be remembered,” said Arrow Stage Lines’ COO, Luke Busskohl. “I am so excited to see the reaction of the public and our customers when this coach hits the road this weekend.”
A local color guard presented the custom motorcoach,while the unveiling was by the In Country Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club. Congressman Brad Ashford, a veteran’s advocate, helped bring in the dedication of the “Veteran Strong” motorcoach. Public officials also included Commissioner Mary Ann Borgeson, Chair Douglas County Board.
“It means a great deal to us as a company to be able to not only hold this event, but to show our support for those who have sacrificed a great deal to defend our freedoms,” said Arrow Stage Lines’ CEO, Steve Busskohl. “It was inspiring to see people’s reactions to the coach and know the positive impact this will make in the metro areas.”
Not only did Arrow Stage Lines’ provide all the amenities and a relaxed atmosphere for the event, but also excellent job opportunities for those who attended. Nearly 21% of the Arrow Stage Lines team has veteran status. The company knows the value of hiring and working with veterans and civilian warriors.
