IMG President at Young Transportation
As part of IMG's continuing success as North America's premier Motorcoach organization, visits by IMG President, Bronwyn Wilson, to each IMG company's facilities is an important mandate.
Ms. Wilson said "By physically spending time at each IMG company, we not only revisit the core values of IMG - safety, customer service and maintenance excellence, but we have the opportunity to see some wonderful facilities".
A recent visit to Young Transportation in Ashville, North Carolina, involved a full day visit and discussions with key personnel. The facility at Young Transportation houses 105 employees who support a fleet of 45 vehicles. The operation is located on on 9 acres and includes 9,000 square feet of office space with 10,000 square feet of additional space that serves as the maintenance facility.
When asked about IMG, company Executive Vice President Mr. Hank Garbee said, “We are very proud to be a founding member of IMG. We truly value the relationships we have within the organization. Having partners spread across the United States and Canada, gives us the confidence that we can deliver exceptional customer service regardless of the situation. By working together, not only do we make each other look good, but show our customers the true meaning of IMG.
