IMG’s Anderson Coach and Travel – commitment to safety

earn prizes for working safely.

This week, the grand prize winner was selected and the lucky person to win a Hawaiian Island Cruise for two was Yvonne Butko, who works as a driver. “I still can’t believe it,” Mrs. Butko said. “I’ve never won anything. I was just floored.”

“The safety of our customers and Associates is always our top priority, so we are happy to celebrate the safe year we had and reward our Associates for their dedication to safety on and off the job,” said Ryan Nicklin, Anderson Director of Risk Management and Human Services. “With a renewed focus on training and this incentive program we saw a dramatic reduction in safety-incidents, and are focused on achieving an even safer 2016.”

In addition to the grand prize winner, eight more associates won prizes ranging from trips to Las Vegas to tablet computers. Plus, every employee who worked accident-free during the year received a large, golf umbrella with the Anderson logo.

Anderson will continue with this safety program in 2016, as the company continues to look at creative ways to implement and secure daily commitment to safety.
